 If your project involves public buildings or spaces, you may need to demonstrate how it meets the accessibility requirements of the NZ Building Code.

C3 Building Compliance produces Accessibility Reports for new builds, alterations, and Change of Use projects. We assess how your design or existing building supports access for people with disabilities, identify whether upgrades are needed, and provide council-ready documentation to support your consent application.
