Any inspections, site observations, or onsite verification undertaken by C3BC are limited to the scope of engagement and visual observations reasonably accessible at the time.
C3BC does not undertake invasive investigation, destructive testing, engineering certification, surveying, hidden condition verification, or verification of work concealed from view unless expressly agreed in writing.
C3BC may rely on plans, documentation, records, photographs, consultant reports, council information, and information supplied by owners, contractors, consultants, or third parties and accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information provided by others.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, C3BC excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss, including loss of profits, delays, financing costs, project costs, regulatory outcomes, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or reliance on website information.
C3BC’s liability in relation to professional services is limited to the scope expressly agreed under the relevant engagement and subject to any limitations contained in that agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
